Marquis of Somera Blanco Macabeo
Pale yellow straw color. Fresh aroma where fruit, banana and citric aromas outstand, over a background of flower tones reminding us of aromatic herbs. It is a soft, fresh and unctuous wine.
Bush – trained lots with a growing background of 2,2 x 2,2 m, cultivated in dry land and with an average age of 25 years, in the Cariñena Designation of Origin, at an average height of 600.
Grapes are harvested with our hands at the optimal maturation time during the first two weeks in September. They are pressed and the sludge removed at a temperature of 10º, during 24 hours, before fermenting in deposits made of stainless steal at 16º with selected yeast. Then, it is clarified and stabilized with cold temperature at 5º C. After a microfiltration process, the wine is bottled.

It combines with light fish and shellfish very well, on top of rice, pasta with creamy pasta (no tomato), and with a wide selection of starters and salads.
