Oria Vineyard Tinto Tempranillo
Cherry red color with good intensity and depth. Aroma with very intense red fruits and licorice. In the mouth, It is a round wine, balanced and easy to drink.
Lots cultivated on trellises with a cultivation background of 3 x 1.5 m., cultivated in dry and irrigated land with an average age of 20 years, in the Cariñena Designation of Origin, at an average height of 600 m.
Grapes are harvested with a machine at the optimal maturation time and transferred to the wine cellar where they are destemmed and put in deposits made of stainless steel in order to carry out the alcoholic fermentation process at a controlled temperature (around 28º C) during 7 days so as to achieve the reference varietal feature. We only use the wine coming from the bleeding – out process and once the malolactic fermentation finished, the wine is clarified, filtered and bottled according to the most strict hygienic conditions.
In a 75 cl. Bordeaux kind of bottle.
To enjoy with stewed and cold meat, soft cheese, roasted meat (lamb) and river fish.
